Truffe Wagyu Beef?!? The Burning Oak - 348 Bedok Rd, #02-16, 469560

Thanks to my foodie friend, I was brought to Burning Oak located at Simpang Bedok, usually known for murtabak, cheese fries and not forgetting all the delicious malay food! One thing to note is that, the place is not air conditioned but I really dont mind heading there again because this is so GOOD!

1. TRUFFLE BEEF WAGYU DON ($16)

First things first, the beef prepared medium rare and also have some minced beef covering. Might not be aesthetically pleasing but IT IS THE BEST TRUFFLE DON I HAVE EVER TRIED. I havent tried better truffle wagyu dons so if anyone can reccommend me, please go ahead! :)

2. Iberico Pork Cheek. ($15)

It melts in the mouth, the flavours, seasoned to perfection. My friend ordered the combo meal so I got to try 2 pieces of the pork cheek! LOVE! Didnt manage to snap a picture of the Combo Meal because I think we were just too hungry and forgot about it OOPS!

Verdict: 9/10
